Tabitha's Morning Lactation Smoothie
1/4 cup oats
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/2 cup spinach
small handful of walnuts
1/4 cup almond milk (more or less for desired consistency)

Blend all ingredients together with ice for a filling and nutritious breakfast or snack.
