Papaya Bowls!!



• cut ripe papaya lengthwise & remove seeds

• add yogurt - I use @foragerproject dairy-free cashew yogurt in vanilla bean

• add any fruit you like

• add granola of choice

• sprinkle with chia seeds, chopped nuts, anything goes!


Enjoy as a delicious breakfast or mid-day snack! Papayas are full of fiber, folate, antioxidants, vitamin A and C. Papain is a digestive enzyme found in papaya and helps aid protein digestion. Peak season is summer into early fall, so now is the perfect time to get them!
